Nathan has officially gone two weeks with no seizures! He is still on the stronger dose of Kepra but he has been doing amazing on it. We have no idea why all of the sudden the medicine is working but Matt and I are absolutely thrilled and crossing our fingers that Nathan's long streak won't stop.
It's amazing how different Nathan has been for the last week and a half. He has been so much happier, played more, laughed more, and wanted to be held and give so many kisses. We didn't realize how much the seizures were affecting Nathan's temperament until we got our happy baby back.
It is such a blessing for our family to have Nathan feeling better and I really do feel like we have been blessed the past two months. I know that our family has been watched over and I am so thankful that the seizures are under control. I love my baby more than anything and am so grateful to have Nathan back!
