Nathan said "Da-Da" yesterday for the first time! Matt was over at his parents last night and so it was just me and Nathan at home. I was doing the dishes and he was bouncing and jabbering in his bouncer. He started saying "Da" in between all of his jabbers but as soon as he figured out he could say it he would not stop.
Nathan repeatedly said "Da-Da" for a good 20 minutes until it was time for us to go over to Matt's parents. When we got there I tried so hard to get Nathan to say it for Matt but he absolutely refused to perform for them. After the quick visit I got Nathan back in the car and we drove off. As soon as we had pulled out of the driveway he began saying "Da" again. Gotta love that kid!
